Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery is 2 weeks from the date of order. This consists of 3-5 business days for production and an additional 4-7 business days for shipping.
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is limited to 10 days from the date of order. This includes 2-4 business days for production and 3-5 business days for shipping.
Processing Time:
The processing time for each category starts from the moment your order is verified. Handmade or customized products may require an additional 3 business days, as stated in our Product Description.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your goods to reach you through the best express delivery method. We collaborate with DHL, USPS, and other express service providers. Typically, it takes around 4-7 days for your order to arrive. All our orders are meticulously handcrafted in our production facility with utmost care and attention to detail. Once your piece is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
After the order is successfully dispatched, we usually provide you with a tracking number within one or two days, which will be sent to the email address you registered with us. Please note that we do not ship to US territories, including Guam, APO/FPO addresses, and Minor Outlying Islands. Additionally, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are also excluded.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time refers to the duration from when you place the order to when you receive it. Typically, your order will take approximately 7-14 days to arrive.
Shipping Rates:
Orders over $99.99 qualify for free shipping, while there is a flat rate of $9.99 for orders below $99.99. Some exclusions may apply, and these will be clearly stated in the item's description before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is applicable to qualifying orders within the US.

Total Delivery Time:
The total delivery time for your order is divided into processing time and shipping time. Processing must be completed before all goods leave our warehouses, regardless of their category or size.
