- How much does a custom sign cost?
Our custom-made neon signs are very affordable. The cost of the sign depends on its size and design complexity. You can find the price using the custom product page, or you can email our team at hello@lightupworlds.com for more information.
- Do you offer outdoor neon signs?
Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for outdoor events and permanent installations. When submitting your custom order inquiry, please specify your application, or you can directly choose the option on our custom sign product page.
- How to cancel an order?
Cancellation of an order is possible as long as the order hasn't been produced yet. There is a 10% cancellation fee for customers who want to cancel their orders. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@lightupworlds.com.
- What if I receive an item that is partially missing?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels, so please check your emails to see if any items will be arriving separately. If an item is missing, please contact us at hello@lightupworlds.com with the order number, the missing item's name, and a picture of the package showing the shipping label.
- Why does my item look different from the picture advertised?
Please note that product images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product. Product colors may also vary due to monitor differences. Most of the product images are not real product photos, but are used to show the templates and models we have designed. Please control your expectations appropriately.

- Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can ship almost anywhere in the world, except for some countries.
- How long does the shipping take?
Processing Time:
The processing time for each category is calculated from the time your order is verified. Handmade or customized products usually require an additional two weeks, as specified in our Product Description.
Shipping Time:
Normally, it will take 7-14 days for your order to arrive. All orders are made by hand in our production facility with the utmost care and attention to detail. Once your piece is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

- Why has the tracking status not been updated? What should I do?
Tracking information may not be updated immediately due to several reasons:
The tracking number has just been created, and it may take up to 7 business days for the tracking information to be updated after it has been sent out.
The package may not be scanned until it arrives at the regional hub near the destination.
The package is in transit between the origin and destination country. The tracking information will not be updated until it reaches the destination country.
Once the package arrives in the destination country, the tracking link will stop updating, but it does not affect the delivery process.
If your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 business days, please contact us for immediate support.
